About us
Nehemiah Works is a service of DokBiblia Ministries, based in West Yorkshire, England, and serving churches in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Why we do this
Every week, people who are searching for God type a church's name into their phone. Too often what they find is a website that looks abandoned — placeholder text, broken links, an events page years out of date. Many never come through the door.
The churches behind those websites aren't careless. Usually a willing volunteer built the site, life moved on, and nobody knew how to keep it going. We want to take that burden off your shoulders, so you can get on with the work only a church can do.
Who we are
Nehemiah Works is led by David Hill, an ordained minister who has taught biblical interpretation since 2014 and founded DokBiblia, a safeguarded Bible study tool. Every site is built and cared for by our own small team — no outsourcing, and no one you'll never hear from again.
Done properly, legally
David also holds a law degree (LLB) and is completing a master's in employment law. That means the things churches worry about — data protection, privacy notices, cookie rules, accessibility and clear contracts — are built in from the start, not bolted on afterwards. Your visitors' details, prayer requests and children's ministry information are handled with the care the law requires.
Please note: we build and look after websites. We don't provide legal advice to churches.
Where the money goes
What churches pay keeps this work going, and supports the wider work of DokBiblia Ministries, including The Vessel of the Lord's Assembly International.
“And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.”
