What we believe
Nehemiah Works is a service of DokBiblia Ministries. We stand on the faith that was handed down from the apostles, and we work with churches that share it — whatever their denomination, size or style.
“…ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”
- 1
One God in three persons
There is one God, eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- 2
Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who became truly human, lived without sin and died for our sins.
- 3
The bodily resurrection
Christ rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended to the Father, and will return.
- 4
Saved by grace through faith
Salvation is the free gift of God, received by grace through faith in Christ alone, not earned by works.
- 5
Scripture is our final authority
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and life.
Who we can work with
Before we take on a church, we read its statement of faith. If it holds to these five points, we'd love to help. If it doesn't, we'll tell you so kindly and plainly, rather than take your money. If your church doesn't have a statement of faith online, that's fine — we'll simply ask.
